Parixa Account and Data Deletion
Information and instructions for requesting the permanent deletion of your Parixa account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
If you are a student, you can initiate the account deletion process directly within your account settings:

Sign in to Parixa
Log in with your existing account credentials.

Open Settings
Navigate to your profile menu and select Settings.

Navigate to Account Delete
Go to Account settings and click the Account Delete option.

Confirm Deletion
Type "DELETE", acknowledge the terms, and confirm.
Ready to delete your account?
Clicking the button below will take you to the account settings deletion page. You will be prompted to log in if you are not currently signed in.
Retention & Grace Period
After submitting an account deletion request, your account enters a 14-day grace period.
- •You may restore your account at any time during this 14-day window.
- •Public reviews, comments, and profile visibility are hidden immediately upon request.
- •After 14 days, the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Users Who Cannot Log In
If you no longer have access to your credentials or cannot log in to your account, you can contact our support team directly to request manual deletion:
Note: Manual verification of ownership will be required to process deletion requests sent via email.
What Data is Deleted and Retained
Data Permanently Deleted
The following data is removed from all active databases and search indexes:
- •Profile Information: Name, display name, profile pictures, and bios.
- •Login & Credentials: Authentication records and access tokens.
- •Exam History: Attempt history, responses, and scores.
- •Saved Exams & Activity: Bookmark history, lists, and draft attempts.
- •Preferences & Settings: Followed institutes, category choices, tags, and notification settings.
Exceptions & Data Retained
Certain information may not be immediately deleted under the following conditions:
- •Anonymized Data: Exam questions and statistics are aggregated anonymously for platform improvements and are no longer associated with you.
