9. Account Deletion

Student accounts can request deletion from the Profile settings page.

After a deletion request:

  • The account enters a 14-day restoration period.
  • Public reviews are hidden immediately while deletion is pending.
  • Users may restore their account at any time during the restoration period by logging back in.
  • After the restoration period ends, account information, profile data, authentication records, notifications, saved preferences, and other personal data are permanently deleted.

Exam attempts and performance records may be retained only in anonymized form for aggregate analytics and reporting purposes.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Accounts scheduled for deletion are retained during the 14-day restoration period. After this period, personal account data is permanently deleted. Certain information may be retained in anonymized form for analytics and reporting purposes.
